The Football League Rules:

The rules are fairly simple.
To quote the commish -- "this is just pick-up football, after all":

1. Two hand touch
   
2. Four downs
   
3. First down after crossing the fifty yard line
   
4. One first down per possession
   
5. One blitz per possession
   
6. Live fumbles (if someone drops the ball, pick it up and run)
   
7. The defense calls the tag
   
8. Intentional grounding the ball is spotted where the ball was released
9. Safety results in loss of possession with opposing team starting at the 20 yard line
   
10. The team with the most points wins
